Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through foldspark.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping Destinations

Foldspark ships to the destinations available during checkout.

If your country, state, territory, or postal code cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship your order to that location.

Some products may have shipping restrictions because of their size, electrical specifications, carrier limitations, or local import requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during product launches, major promotions, holiday periods, inventory counts, or unusually high order volumes.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

Contiguous United States: 3–8 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote locations: 5–12 business days
International destinations, when available: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. The estimated delivery information shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation may be more specific to your order and destination.

Carrier disruptions, weather, customs inspections, peak-season volume, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free-shipping promotions may be limited by destination, minimum purchase amount, product, or promotion period.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete shipping charge before completing an order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information after the carrier accepts your package.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different dates.

Delivery Delays

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and available options.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be offered the choice to:

  • Accept the revised shipping timeframe

  • Cancel the delayed portion of the order

  • Cancel the entire unshipped order and receive a refund

We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside our reasonable control, but we will make a reasonable effort to assist with delayed shipments.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • City and state

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Telephone number, when required by the carrier

Contact us immediately at sales@foldspark.com if you notice an address error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

  2. Check around the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, building entrance, and any secure delivery location.

  3. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel whether they accepted the package.

  4. Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may scan packages shortly before final delivery.

  5. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  6. Contact Foldspark at sales@foldspark.com if the package still cannot be located.

We will review the available tracking and delivery information and assist with an appropriate carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is not automatic and will depend on the investigation, available evidence, and applicable law.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost when the carrier confirms it cannot be located or when it has remained without meaningful tracking movement beyond the carrier’s normal investigation period.

Please contact us if you believe your package has been lost. We may need your cooperation in completing a carrier claim or confirming non-receipt.

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost before delivery, Foldspark may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If the product or shipping package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days at sales@foldspark.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the shipping package

  • Photographs or video of the damaged product

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • A description of the damage

Please retain the product and all packaging until we complete our review. Do not dispose of the item unless instructed.

Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because the customer was unavailable or did not complete required delivery steps, we may deduct the original shipping cost and return shipping cost from any refund where permitted by law.

This does not apply when a package is refused because it was visibly damaged, an incorrect product was sent, or Foldspark made an error.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are collected by the carrier, customs authority, or another local agency.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product may legally be imported and used in their destination country, including compatibility with local electrical voltage, frequency, and plug requirements.

Foldspark is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. However, nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Preorders and Backorders

Products sold as preorders or backorders may have different processing and delivery estimates. The relevant estimate will be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

If the expected shipping date changes materially, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Separate Shipments

Products in the same order may be stored at different fulfillment locations and may therefore ship separately.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments, unless this was clearly disclosed and selected during checkout.

Order Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order.

An order may be cancelled and refunded if it has not entered fulfillment. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
