Return and Refund Policy

At Foldspark, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, without damage, stains, odors, excessive wear, or signs of misuse.

  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and promotional items must be included.

  • You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

  • The return must be approved by Foldspark before it is shipped back.

Opening the packaging to reasonably inspect the product does not automatically make it ineligible for return. However, products that have been damaged, altered, improperly operated, or returned with missing components may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by law.

Personal-Care and Food-Contact Products

For health, hygiene, and food-safety reasons, personal-care or food-contact products that have been used cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for protection under applicable consumer law.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at sales@foldspark.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs or a short video if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send products to an address shown on the shipping package without first contacting us.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size or product selection, or purchases that are no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Foldspark will cover reasonable return shipping costs when:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • The return is required because of an error made by Foldspark

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Foldspark is not responsible for return packages lost before they are delivered to our designated return location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue, along with the product packaging and shipping label where possible.

Reporting the issue within 7 days helps us resolve it quickly. This reporting period does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Troubleshooting assistance

  • Replacement parts or accessories

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Do not dispose of a damaged or defective product unless we instruct you to do so.

Refunds

After your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at sales@foldspark.com.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. When a return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the original standard shipping charge will also be refunded where applicable.

Partial or Refused Refunds

Foldspark may reduce or refuse a refund when permitted by law if:

  • The product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modification

  • Parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing

  • The product shows excessive use beyond reasonable inspection

  • A personal-care or food-contact product has been used

  • The return was requested after the applicable return period

  • A different product or serial-numbered unit was returned

  • The return was sent without authorization

We will explain the reason if a full refund cannot be approved.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product, color, or variation, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be replaced directly at our discretion.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.

Final-Sale Items and Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Products clearly identified as “final sale” cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Final-sale status does not remove your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing legitimate delivery, product, and refund concerns and will make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.

This section does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to your purchase.
